Mitchell & Brown TV is one of the most innovative and reputable British brands in consumer electronics. We offer the latest technology and great designs at affordable prices. Mitchell & Brown TVs are manufactured by Europe’s largest TV manufacturer, created by people with a passion for quality and service.  The aim of this role is to continue to build upon the fantastic results Mitchell & Brown has already achieved and drive sales growth of this brand across our existing clients and through new business development.  To compliment this, our TVD B2B division can offer a wide range of brands and products, including Samsung, LG, Philips and more, which means the successful candidate has an enviable range of products and brands to offer our retailers in the UK.

This Field Sales Executive role will work alongside the existing sales and marketing team and provide both in person, telephone and email support and sales to their existing and prospective accounts.  You will be given over 100 active accounts, which you will need to keep in regular contact with and develop new business alongside this.

We are looking for someone who is as passionate and driven as we are!  Being the face of our Mitchell & Brown brand and TVD B2B division means that you really must embody our Company values of ‘Believe, Respect, Integrity, Commitment, Responsibility and Customers’.  You need to be a self-motivator who enjoys dealing with people.  An outgoing, sales and solutions focused individual, you will enjoy working as part of a close team, be a good communicator and be confident in your ability to deliver sales and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.  Previous experience in a sales environment dealing with retail is a must, and within the technology sector would be advantageous.

The package

 

Up to £50,000 OTE

 

Basic:  £25K – £30K dependant on experience, monthly car allowance of £350, 22 days holiday plus bank holiday, fuel expenses and company credit card, become a co-owner after 12 months and inclusion in the profit related partnership bonus scheme, free parking, company events, health benefits scheme after 12 months service.

 

Commission: We offer a competitive base salary with an uncapped, very achievable commission structure at 1% commission on turnover.

 

Hours
Monday to Friday, 8.00 am – 5.00 pm (some flexibility on hours when travelling or as agreed with Manager).
