Operations Administrator


TVC Technology Solutions, a division of the TVD Group LTD, is now recruiting an Operations Assistant to provide office-based support to our reactive operations and AV installations team across the UK.

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and hard-working Operations Assistant to join our TVC team.  The successful candidate will work as part of our busy projects and sales team and will be responsible for assisting in the operations related to sales and installations.


The main responsibilities for this role will be to:


  • Assist the reactive team in all administration relating to service / installation jobs and the organisation of the jobs
  • Liaise with clients, colleagues and subcontractors
  • Assist with monitoring resource utilisation and allocating suitable resource to a project
  • Order and despatch stock for projects within stipulated timeframe
  • Create products, quotations, sales orders, purchase orders on Sage
  • Review engineer reports, ensuring all work has been completed and in the estimated timeframe
  • Ensure all required project close out documents are obtained
  • Chase and process subcontractor invoices in line with internal processes and deadlines
  • Manage details incoming and update actions from customer interim systems
  • Tracking & reporting overall progress
  • Data analysis and report creation related to pre-determined KPIs
  • Processing of orders and CRM administration for TVC sales department
  • Any other reasonable tasks that are required by your Manager, or wider business needs




  • A well organised and process driven person is essential
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical
  • The ability to work under own initiative
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Ability to learn new processes and systems
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong multi-tasking skills


Hours:  Full Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)


Salary:  £19,000 – £21,000per annum
