Whilst they have given the site a fresh new look, they have retained the locations of key navigation tools to make the transition from old site to new as easy as possible for everyone.

It was time to give the old site a facelift and the aim with this new website is to provide their visitors an easier way to learn all about their wonderful range of TVs but also make it easier for them to locate their local stockist!

There have also been improvements made with the warranty registration process and documentation. Also, in the next few weeks they will be launching a very exciting ‘Retailer Login’ area of the website, you can find more details on these new features below!

Key New Features

Two-Stage Warranty Registration

Mitchell and Brown have streamlined the online warranty registration by simplifying the process for their users. Now in two stages, the first part of the form is solely for customer details with stage two specifically for model and retailer information. Additionally, the completed warranty document is now supplied as a PDF branded document that can be downloaded or printed off for safe keeping.

Retailer Map

It’s now easier than ever for customers visiting the website to find their local retailer. With a new integrated Google map, users can either use the location service button or enter their postcode and the map will automatically pinpoint the nearest retailer to them!

Retailer Login

Finally, launching very soon will be an all-new Retailer Login section for their authorised stockists.

Once they’ve signed up, this new area of the website will give them access to all the essential Mitchell & Brown information they require at the click of a button.

They will be able to download the latest product brochure, price lists and product images as well as request POS, hard copy brochures and a branded feature wall for their store.
