The 80/20 Health Bar and Kitchen in Bolton launched an exciting new healthy fast food café, and turned to our expert commercial AV brand TVC to provide adaptive digital menu screens to easily update their menu, prices and offers in real-time.
This was an important requirement for 80/20 as the digital menu screens allow them to be constantly competitive with their pricing and offers. Our TVC brand has years of digital signage experience, and our experts were able to advise on the best solutions for a sleek modern design to ensure that the forward-thinking Health Bar and Kitchen were able to remain competitive with a cost-effective solution with a focus on increasing sales revenue.
Our TVC brand, in collaboration with Samsung, B-tech & MySign, worked together to fulfill five 43” Samsung hospitality screens to display the menus, with all the content being controlled by a Raspberry Pi media. The MySign operating system allows 80/20 to quickly change their displays when required with it’s simple and powerful Content Management System.
Jerome Slater, AV Northern Channel Manager (SEUK), Samsung commented: “Digital Signage display options are abundant, especially in the food retail vertical. Understanding what solution to go for can be confusing, however by working with TVC we were able to understand the specific requirements and philosophy of the 80/20 Bar & Kitchen.
“We installed the screens from the Samsung DCJ series as it offers full HD resolution with 16/7 reliability and 300 nit brightness, perfect for seamless content sharing that matched the budget and style.”
