TVD Group Installs Visitor Management System – Sign In App

As a technology solutions specialist, we’ve been supplying industry-leading technology to our customers since 1996, and during our on-going office redevelopment and warehouse extension, we have been adding some of the technologies our customers benefit from, including the intuitive Sign In App visitor management system.

The Sign In App is operating on an iPad, which has been attached to the wall using a dedicated stand. Once each visitor has signed in, a badge is printed and the person they are coming to see is alerted of their arrival via SMS or email.

Having the Sign In App means that we can keep our visitor’s data completely secure, keeping GDPR compliant and create a great experience for our visitors as they arrive at our Bolton head office. Also, our onsite fire marshal’s now have a quick and easy way to ensure that all visitors are safely offsite in the event of an emergency.
