The Brief
Genting Casino appointed TVC to design and install an eye-catching large-format LED display above the main bar at Resorts World Birmingham.
The display needed to provide a high-impact focal point capable of showcasing live TV, sport, entertainment, promotional and branded content, while also allowing multiple video sources and flexible screen layouts. The solution required a bespoke mounting structure and intuitive control system to suit the venue’s requirements.
Genting Casino Resorts World Installation Overview
TVC Technology Solutions delivered a striking large-format LED installation for Genting Casino at Resorts World Birmingham, creating a new visual centrepiece above the venue’s main bar. The installation features a 7.8m x 3.375m Hisense LED display, providing an impressive 26m² canvas for live TV, sport, entertainment, promotional content and branded messaging.
To provide Genting with the flexibility to manage multiple content sources, the system combines NovaStar processing with WyreStorm IP video distribution, allowing different sources and multi-window layouts to be displayed across the screen. A bespoke B-Tech mounting structure was also engineered to support the large-format display, providing a seamless finish while allowing for straightforward servicing.
The result is an eye-catching, flexible AV solution that enhances the customer experience while giving Genting a powerful platform for entertainment, live events and promotional content.
